Player Information

Alphington Netball Club

Alphington Netball Club has been a registered NetSetGO centre since 2013.

We offer NetSetGO programs twice each year, once in Term 1/2 and again in Term 3/4.

NetSetGO is an introduction to Netball for girls and boys in Grade 2-6, and also offers a chance to further develop skills for our return “NetSetGO’ers”.

It is a great way to have fun learning ball skills and developing sportsmanship as a team player.

ANC currently have Junior teams, inclusive of girls and boys, playing Saturday Competition at:

Junior teams also compete Tuesday afternoons at Banyule.

ANC run a number of Open teams (17 years old and over), in both mixed and ladies competitions.

The actual number and composition of the teams vary with the number of players registered and the level they wish to play at – beginners/returning players through to division one competition.

ANC is supportive of all players and our aim is to provide the pathway that best suits the individual.

ANC caters for those who wish to keep “learning and playing the game” in a more social environment through to those who are interested in pursuing a higher level of competition, inclusive of additional weekly training and competition games.
